Hoje foi dia de testes em Paul Ricard para preparar o fim-de-semana. As condições climatéricas mostraram-se muito instáveis com a pista a alternar entre o molhado e o seco.
Aproveitei para continuar a ambientar-me ao carro e para conhecer o circuito e alcançámos boas conclusões.
Amanhã será a qualificação. A oposição é forte, mas estou motivado e entusiasmado e vou dar o meu melhor.
Para já a máquina fica a descansar…
Today was a testing day at Paul Ricard to prepare the weekend. The weather conditions were unstable with the track changing from wet to dry.
I proceeded my adaptation to the car and I learn the circuit and we achieved some good solutions.
Tomorrow it will the qualifying session. The field is very strong, but I’m motivated and excited and I’ll give my best.
The car, now, is resting…

Foi uma qualificação difícil, com as condições da pista a mudarem constantemente. Continuei a minha adaptação ao carro e vamos ver como correm as corridas de amanha. Vamos dar o máximo.

It was a hard qualifying, with the track conditions changing all the time. I proceeded my adaptation to the car and we will see how the races unfold tomorrow. We will give our best.
Apesar de tudo foi um bom fim-de-semana.
Terminei a primeira corrida em 9º integrado no grupo que lutava pelo quinto posto. Mostrei um bom andamento, fiz ultrapassagens e estive na luta.
Na segunda corrida arranquei bem de 9º e cheguei a estar em 3º. Mas apanhei um carro parado em pista e o choque e o abandono foram inevitáveis.
Aprendi muito neste fim-de-semana e estou entusiasmado para o resto da temporada. Agora é olhar para a Eslováquia, dentro de duas semanas.

It was a good weekend.
I ended the first race in 9th in the group which was fighting for the 5th place. I showed a good pace, did some overtaking and I was in the fight.
In the second I started from 9th and at some point I was 3rd. But I caught car stopped in the track and the collision and the retirement were inevitable.
I learned a lot during the weekend and I’m very excited for the rest of the season. Now we have to look at Slovakia, in two weeks.
