Description of the event
ART. 1 – The Permanent Organizing Committee of the International Circuit of Vila Real with the collaboration of the Automobile Club of Portugal organizes on 4th,5th and 6th of July 1969 an International Sporting event on the circuit, according to the rules of the International Sporting Code, the Portuguese Drivers Speed Championship Regulations ( only for the Portuguese drivers) and the present regulations. This event is patronizes by the Governo Civil de Vila Real, the Câmara Municipal de Vila real, the Comissão Regional de Turismo da Serra do Marão, the Automobile Club of Portugal and the Portuguese Press, Radio and Television.(...)"
